can i make changes to my order?

Production begins as soon as an order is placed, so no modifications can be made after checkout.

can i cancel or return my order?

No cancellations or returns will be accepted for online or in-store stationery orders for any reason. Please contact us via email at hello@paperplanetdesign.com if you have any questions or issues with your order.

when will i receive my order?

Production on your order will take 3-5 business days. Once production is completed, your order will ship out via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but you’ll be sent a tracking number from USPS to follow your order.

Paper Planet does not assume responsibility for any shipping delays that occur after the order has been tendered to USPS. For delayed or lost orders, please contact USPS directly using the tracking number they emailed you.

Please note, Paper Planet is not responsible for refunding or reshipping lost orders due to an incorrect address at checkout. If you have not received a shipping notification for your order yet and need to modify the shipping address, contact us as soon as possible with your order number at hello@paperplanetdesign.com.

I live locally. Can I pick up my order?

You absolutely can! Choose the curbside pickup option at checkout, and we’ll email you with instructions for pickup when your order is completed.

my order is a gift. will there be a receipt in the package?

No receipts will be included in your shipped package. All stationery will come wrapped in tissue paper and ready to gift, whether it’s coming to you or being sent directly to that lucky person in your life.

is there a way for me to see past orders?

We suggest creating a customer account at checkout. In the future you’ll be able to log in and view past and current orders, as well as save your payment and shipping information for faster checkout in the future.

do you offer discounted bulk stationery orders?

do you offer wholesale orders?

CUSTOM DESIGN orders

do you have invitation templates to choose from?

Everything we create is completely custom to each of our clients. If you visit our shop, we have work on display that we’ve created from past events for inspiration and examples of what we can do. However, we do not have any pre-made design options for invitations at this time.

i saw something online i love. can you recreate it for me?

For legal and ethical reasons, we will not recreate someone else’s design. If you find a design online that you love, we encourage you to support that artist by purchasing it directly from them.

We do, however, encourage people who are just starting out to look online for design inspiration. And we are happy to use that inspiration to work with our clients to create something new and totally unique!

how much do invitations cost?

Because every order is completely custom, pricing will vary from order to order. We are happy to quote things via email or schedule a consultation for you to come in and go over all the details in person. Just get in contact with us using the contact form or via email.

when should i place my invitation order?

For wedding invitations, we suggest ordering 3-6 weeks before you want to mail them out. For most other invitations, expect a 2-4 week timeline. That being said, every custom order's timeline is different, and we can usually accommodate shorter production times if necessary. Just let us know before placing your order, and we’re happy to work with you. Rush fees may apply.

can i order menus and other things for the reception?

Absolutely you can! Paper Planet offers a full lineup of day of items that we can create to match your invitation suite or your reception design. We love creating a cohesive brand for your event from the invitations to the napkins.
