The DESIGN Process

        THE CONSULTATIONLet's get together! We want to get to know you and your vision for the perfect event. During this time, you'll have a chance to explore our showroom, get a look at many of the things we've created in the past and take a hands-on approach to curating every detail for your order.

        THE PROPOSALNow that we have a better idea of what you're looking for, we'll send over a customized proposal based on your needs. From there, we need a deposit and signed contract to officially get started!

        DESIGNNow comes the fun part! Our design team will get busy creating digital proofs for your order. We'll work closely with you via email to make edits, double check for typos and bring your final vision to life.

        APPROVALOnce everything looks perfect, you'll sign and return a proof approval form attached to each proof. As soon as we receive your approval, we'll move your order into production. Once in production, no more changes can be made to an order.

        PRODUCTIONWe are getting SO close! Production times vary depending on the complexity of the order and the supplies needed. We will provide you an estimated completion date during your initial consultation, but we'll also update you with any changes to that date after approval. 
- 
        OBSESSFinally! It's time to enjoy, fall in love and be completely OBSESSED with your completed design. Your friends and family will definitely be impressed!
